Recently, I was going through an article saying about Blog Carnival.
Following it I created it.

I am desperate to know the comments and suggestions for the same, along with some related queries.
Firstly, can the carnival be created in any blog or do we need to be specific, i.e. create a blog for it.
Secondly, is the blog depicting only permalinks, be considered as spam.
Thirdly, what should be the strategy if that carnival is to be hosted by only one host, to popularise it.
